- **Event Description**: Please join us in Tombstone on the morning of Saturday, March 7, 2026, for a final salute to a good friend of ours, and a good friend of many who have called Tombstone home over the last two decades, Mark Ulatowski. Mark was a big, big man, physically and otherwise. His laugh, his booming voice and his larger-than-life presence, once you met him, were and are unforgettable. Whether bringing in samples of a new recipe or unleashing his patented dad jokes on everyone within earshot, Mark made every day a good one, or made a bad day better. It’s who he was. We are all going to miss this wonderful man and great patriot, a veteran who will never be forgotten. R.I.P., Mark. 

The walkdown for Mark will begin at Sixth and Allen Streets, outside the famous Bird Cage Theatre, and will continue down Allen Street to Second Street. Afterwards everyone will head to Mark’s favorite watering hole, the Oriental Saloon, to swap stories and memories of this one-of-a-kind man, and raise a glass of Old Overholt— Mark’s signature shot— in his honor.
