Join us from a renewal this Spring.
You will learn strategies that will help you find stillness and presence.

Kailee and Brandi will introduce you to breath, sound and somatic movement designed to reset and balance the nervous system.

Together, we explore specific activities and practices to nourish your Vagus Nerve and improve vagal tone.

An energy exchange of $55 includes the workshop, take home materials that can be used over and over again and accountability support.
