Portal to the New Year: Movement, Live Music and Sound Bath

Celebrate New Year’s Eve with a cozy evening of movement, music, and deep rest. We’ll begin with 30 minutes of slow, all-levels yoga, pause for some reflection or journaling, accompanied by Tatiana’s live violin and voice, then close with a 45-minute sound bath co-created by Paola Marino (voice + crystal bowls) and Tatiana (violin + harmonies). You’ll leave feeling clear and grounded, with plenty of time for dinner or evening plans.
