Held & Heard: Sharing Circle & Journaling for Healing
(Donation-Based Community Offering)
Come as you are. This is a safe and supportive space for open-hearted sharing, where all parts of your journey are welcome—your breakthroughs, your heartbreaks, your questions, and your quiet reflections.
In this donation-based circle, we’ll gather in community to speak from the heart and witness one another in a space free of judgment or advice. Whether you’re moving through grief, growth, uncertainty, or simply need to be seen, your voice matters here.
After our group sharing, we’ll take time to gently turn inward with guided journaling prompts to help process what has surfaced and support your healing integration.
No experience is necessary—just bring yourself, a journal, and an open heart.
Let’s heal in the presence of each other.
