Join us for a special Fall Equinox: 108 Sun Salutations practice honoring the transition into autumn, a season of balance, gratitude, release, and renewal. Together, we’ll move through 108 Sun Salutations as a moving meditation, using the ancient mantra Sa Ta Na Ma to guide us through the natural cycle of beginnings, life, transformation, and rebirth.

This practice is about far more than completing 108 repetitions. It is an opportunity to quiet the mind, connect deeply with your breath, and move with intention as you reflect on what you’ve cultivated this year, what you’re ready to release, and what you hope to carry into the season ahead.

Whether you complete all 108 salutations, take breaks along the way, or choose modifications that honor your body, this practice is for you. Every breath, every movement, and every pause is part of the journey.

Come prepared to move, breathe, reflect, and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and connected to yourself, your community, and the changing season.

No previous experience with a 108 Sun Salutations practice is necessary. 

Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making this an accessible and welcoming experience for practitioners of all levels.
