This Vocal Toning for Sound Healing practice is for beginners to learn self-healing techniques while creating a personal practice to bring balance and harmony into our body, mind, heart and spirit.

No experience necessary.
We begin in silence, then we hum.

This is a gentle and fun approach to sound health and vibrational wellbeing.
