2026 Polar Plunge

Let’s kick off 2026 together! Meet up in the parking lot around 8am and then we will walk over to jump in the pool!

Did you know cold water immersion enhances immunity, increases metabolism, rejuvenates, uplifts, and can even make a hangover a little bit better?

Ruck distance: Do your plunge, do some PT and ruck 4 miles to warm yourself up. Hot cocoa or coffee at the finish line! (Bonus #coolpoints to those who submerge all the way in 🥶
