-$20 entry fee for participants (bring-your-own grill, receive a DBB shirt & coozie, must prepare 3 NY strips)
-$15 to taste-test + judge (get to try & vote on all steaks) 
-1st Prize - Judge’s Choice: $150 1st Prize - Peoples’ Choice: $100 

12-1pm, Participant Sign-In 
1-5pm, Prep + Cook Time 
6pm, Judging + Awards
