Are you interested in applying to be a contestant in the LA Pup Contest?
We appreciate your interest in becoming Los Angeles Pup 2026. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Los Angeles Pup title, and we are excited to celebrate with an exciting contest on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 9:00 PM at The Bullet Bar in North Hollywood.
The Bullet is a meaningful location for us—it hosted the very first two contests and is widely regarded as the home of the LA Pup title. It’s the perfect place to celebrate a decade of community, pride, and pup representation.
We are currently seeking contestants, judges, sponsors, and volunteers to help make this year’s event a success.

Contestant Applications
Applications open August 1, 2025, and will be available at www.losangelespuppride.com and across our social media platforms.
• A maximum of six contestants will be selected from all submitted applications.
• The application deadline is September 20, 2025.
• Selected applicants will receive a “Congrats, you have been selected to run for LA Pup 2026’ email.
• You must confirm your participation by replying to that email. If we don’t receive a response, we’ll follow up via the phone number listed in your application.
• Only after verbal or written confirmation will your participation be considered official. If you don’t receive an email from us by Oct 1. You were not selected for the 2025 LA Pup class.
To facilitate clear communication throughout the process, we ask all applicants to create a Telegram account (if they don’t already have one) and include their Telegram nickname in the application. Telegram will be used for all contestant communications, announcements, and group discussions.
This helps ensure that all contestants receive accurate, timely updates and have equal access to support and information.

Important Dates
LA Pup Pride Weekend:
• Friday, November 14 – 7:00 PM to Midnight (Mandatory for all contestants and judges)
• Saturday, November 15 – 7:00 PM till it ends (Mandatory for all contestants and judges)
• Sunday, November 16 – 9:00 PM to Midnight (Mandatory for the LA Pup 2026 winner)
Additional Events for Contestants:
• A contestant photoshoot will be scheduled soon after acceptance notifications are sent.
• There will be two additional social meetups/outings before LA Pup Pride weekend.
Titleholder Benefits
The winner of LA Pup 2026 will receive:
• An official LA Pup 2026 titleholder vest, sponsored by Rough Trade Gear
• A titleholder travel fund, which should be used for traveling abroad, fundraisers, and other necessities such as run pins, and more. This is an account that only you have access to and is a secondary account attached the business account supervised by the LA Pup Board.
All titleholder and contestant expectations, rules, and resources will be detailed in the updated LA Pup Contestant Handbook, which will be available on August 1, 2025 alongside the application.
