In-Person Community Meditation - Burbank, CA

Join our community for meditation practice.

Sessions will open with a few brief chants (in English). There will be periods of silent sitting meditation alternating with walking meditation, contemplation practice and discussion. The last half hour there'll be snacks and time to socialize. All are warmly welcome!

Basic format:

20-minute Intervals of sitting and walking meditation. Meditation instruction will be available. People are welcome to arrive and leave anytime to fit their schedule.

This is a free offering, but donations are always welcome!
