Joining Mindfulness in Action – People of Color, Plenty of Colors.

Come together with people from all walks of life to slow down, listen deeply, and truly see one another. In this shared space, we dissolve the walls that separate us and open to connection, understanding, and compassion.

Through mindful presence, sitting meditation, art and movement expression and shared experience, we weave a rich tapestry of cultures, wisdom, and heart — creating together a more vibrant and harmonious way of living.

Join us for light refreshments, socializing and meditation practice. Meditation instruction available. We welcome meditators of color to practice together in an open and supportive community.
