Neighbors who’d never spoken before were suddenly laughing, talking, and sharing the moment like we’d known each other for years. Some people even danced in the rain. It was a truly magical moment. 

The vendors were incredible. They stood tall through every minute of the storm, calm and steady, making sure everyone felt welcome and safe. Their commitment to the market and the community was obvious — even in the worst weather, they didn’t pack up or panic.

What could’ve been a quick dash to the parking lot turned into one of those rare Arizona moments where people slow down, connect, and remember why local markets matter. By the time the storm passed, it felt less like an interruption and more like a shared story we all got to be part of.
