Together in a community circle, we’ll share in a gentle cacao ceremony, guided meditation, and intention-setting ritual. Cacao has long been used as a heart-opening plant ally, helping us soften into presence and deepen our capacity to listen.

Your Guide: Beth Reel is a life coach, yoga and meditation teacher, mindful outdoor guide, and women’s circle leader. Through her business, Beth Reel Coaching, LLC, she weaves together coaching, nature connection, forest therapy, and shamanic practices to create spaces of honesty, presence, and renewal. Beth is known for her calm energy and the real, grounded way she shares herself — not as a guru, but as a companion walking alongside others on their journey. She has guided circles, retreats, and community gatherings across Connecticut and beyond, always with the intention of helping people pause, listen deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters.
