Through the powerful combination of Auricular Acupuncture, Reiki Energy, Journaling, and Meditation, you’ll begin the process of transformation, creating space for a renewed and intentional life. Whether you're continuing your resolutions, refining your intentions, or crafting a fresh vision, this workshop offers a supportive environment to reset and realign. Prepare to feel renewed and energized.

Workshop Agenda

Prompted Journaling – Gain clarity on what you wish to release, whether it's negativity, clutter, or blocks that stand in the way of your personal growth. You’ll also explore what you wish to invite into your life, focusing on one or two key intentions to integrate and manifest.

*Ear Acupuncture – Using five small, sterile needles on each ear, this technique targets points on the body that promote detoxification, emotional release, deep relaxation, and overall balance. This gentle process helps open the way for letting go and making space for new possibilities. (please see * below) 

Reiki Energy Healing – A peaceful, universal energy that encourages deep relaxation and opens energetic channels needed to support your intentions. Reiki helps create a sense of calm, clarity, and renewal. 

Sound Bath – Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing instruments, which promote relaxation, reduce stress, and bring the body into a receptive state for transformation. 

Guided Meditation – Gentle guidance with some imagery/visualization to merge the experiences. 

Community Connection – Enjoy a supportive space for discussion, reflection, and connection. The workshop includes detox tea and light refreshments. 

In addition to the workshop, you will receive a journal, pen and sample of Detox Tea to keep. 

*Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture is a simple process with minimal discomfort. Most people accept this soothing treatment for deep relaxation and release. Though the following conditions do not preclude participation, please disclose before accepting the acupuncture needles if you have any of the following experiences or conditions: Pregnancy – Pacemaker - Diabetes - Blood Disorder - History of fainting or seizure.

Metal beads or seeds are alternatives to the needles and can be used if desired or required. All registrants must complete a waiver form before participating. 

Facilitator Bio:

Gina Ferrara is dedicated to personal empowerment and holistic wellness, offering simple yet profound tools for healing and self-discovery. Through her business, Odonata Reiki Healing Arts LLC, she provides individual and group healing sessions, courses, workshops, and presentations designed to support personal development and inner self-care. With an MA in Dance/Movement Therapy from UCLA and 40 years of experience in mental health, Gina has cultivated a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Her passion for the healing arts led her to integrate Reiki, Sound Healing, Mindfulness/Meditation and Auricular (Ear) Acupuncture into her personal and professional practice, ultimately shaping the foundation of her work. Gina is a Reiki Master in Usui Shiki Ryoho (Deb McElroy) and Holy Fire/Karuna III (William Lee Rand), a Rainbow Reiki Practitioner (Walter Lübeck & Marie Marchessault), and certified in Vibrational Healing at the Cellular Level (Marie Menut). She is also an Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist, using auricular acupuncture to support relaxation and recovery. Her personal and professional journey has led her to embrace a life philosophy rooted in love, kindness, joy, and acceptance—principles that guide all aspects of her work. Gina is also a teacher on the meditation platform Insight Timer, where she shares her wisdom and healing practices with a global audience.
