Goal: Leave feeling grounded, clear and a little more lit from the inside out, having discovered your strongest intuitive sense and learned a simple yes/no body intuition practice you can take into your daily life. 

The spring equinox is a moment of balance, equal light & dark, when nature quietly shifts from winter heaviness into new growth. In this 2 hr experiential workshop, Ali will guide you through an intuitive chakra journey that blends yoga, energy work and sound healing. This isn’t about doing it “right” it’s an exploration of how your body, energy and intuition actually feel and respond in real time.

This is for you if : 

You’ve been feeling stuck, heavy or “between seasons” in your life. 
You want a more embodied way to work with your chakras & intuition, not just in your head. 
You’re craving a reset that feels grounded, spacious and a bit magical. 

During our 2 hours together, we will:

1. Arrive, Learn & Ground – Land in your body with breath and simple movement, then learn about chakras and intuition using a guided worksheet. This gets your logical left brain on board so it can relax and allow your creative right brain and intuition to take the lead.

2. Set Your Spring Intention – Use the worksheet to name what you’re ready to release and what you’d like to grow this spring.

3. Practice Body-Based Intuition – Explore a “yes/no” exercise and use your body to choose an angel card, then place it on your mat as a focal point for practice.

4. Move Through a Chakra Flow – Experience a strength-building, options-based yoga practice, rooted legs, core/solar plexus activation, strong back/soft heart, so you can feel how your body and intuition work together.

5. Receive Reiki & Sound – Rest in an extended savasana with Reiki & crystal bowls while Ali guides you through  a meditation. You’ll be invited to explore & uncover your strongest intuitive sense, (seeing, hearing, feeling or knowing) as you move through each chakra noticing how your intuition naturally shows up when your body is relaxed and supported. 

6. Integrate & Reflect – Close with optional sharing, questions, and a moment to choose one small, honest next step to carry into your daily life.

We’ll work with the elements, earthy grounded movement, fluid breath, the spark of intention and spacious etheric sound, to help water the version of yourself you’re growing into for 2026. 

Facilitator Bio: Ali is a yoga teacher, functional strength coach and reiki & sound practitioner. She blends strength, nervous system support, energy work, shamanic & yogic philosophies to help active people feel more at home in their bodies & more connected to their intuition. 

Ali has been teaching and working with clients for over a decade, at local gyms, yoga studios, healing centers and offers 1:1 sessions in her home studio & backyard. 

Her own journey with chronic conditions & recovery gives her a practical, compassionate approach to movement, healing & inner guidance. 

Bottom line: Ali cares deeply about what you actually want from your body & life, her work is about helping you get there by trusting your own inner guidance. She’s the guide; the power is yours.
