Intuition is the inner guidance system we’re all born with but in the noise of daily life, it’s often drowned out. This workshop is an invitation to return to that deep well of wisdom within.
Together, we’ll explore what intuition is, how to recognize its voice, and how to distinguish it from mental chatter. We will use simple, powerful techniques to strengthen our connection with the intuitive self.
We’ll also explore how to care for your energetic center so that your intuitive insights can flow freely, helping you live with more clarity, alignment, and authenticity.
Facilitator Bio:
Jen Allen is a pianist, composer, author, educator and owner of Creative Alignment. After 25+ years as a professional musician, she began to notice that creativity wasn’t confined to music. It began showing up everywhere: in her relationships, career choices, personal growth, and the adventures she dared to pursue. She discovered that creativity is a powerful energy available to all of us. It’s not just for making art, but for consciously designing the life we truly want to live.
Over time, her creative journey moved far beyond the stage and into deeper realms of healing and inner work.
Jen is a Reiki master teacher, certified in meditation and breathwork, educated in somatic healing, and loving-kindness self-compassion. She has taught creativity in classrooms, workshops, and one-on-one settings. Helping others reconnect with what’s true for them and discover what really works in their life is her greatest joy.
