Join us for our first pop-up of 2026!! A 1 hour high energy, dance fitness class, set to music from 1950's through to today... with some fun and laughs and always some booty shaking in there too!

No previous experience necessary, all levels welcome. Come with a friend, an open mind and a fun energy and you'll fit right in.
