This transformative 90 minute workshop is designed to be a sacred holding space for women who are seeking a deeper connection with themselves or simply need a space to let go. Here, one can step away from their external identities for a bit and get to know their organic wisdom. This safe and nurturing space allows women to explore their inner world through gentle somatic movement, enriching discussions, and a supportive community.  “Come Home to Yourself” promises to be a heart-opening workshop that nurtures self-discovery, embodiment and feminine empowerment. Participants will leave with greater awareness, new tools for self-listening, and a sense of connection to themselves and one another. This is more than just a workshop; it is an invitation to embark on a journey back to oneself.

Facilitator Bio: 
Since Ali was a young girl, movement has always been her first and favorite language. Through years of dance, gymnastics, yoga and springboard diving, she discovered her passion for the human movement system and knew she’d one day educate others!
Now,  holding many certificates and degrees in Dance, Corrective Exercise, Yoga, Personal Training and most recently Somatic Education, Ali loves to help her clients move without pain and understand themselves on a deeper level. Ali has a naturally empathic approach and helps each student feel welcome and at ease throughout each class or 1:1 session.
