Back to Balance is a quick and effective tune-up for your energetic body. Over the course of seven days, we will bring balance to each of the seven major chakras or, energy centers in your body, focusing on one chakra per day through self-paced healing work and distance Reiki.

You will receive daily distance Reiki sessions, with the option to pause and participate in the experience, or go about your day while receiving the energy. These healings will improve the health of your energetic body, while also providing a deep sense of relaxation. 

In addition, you will get a workbook full of practices to move through on your own to bring balance to each chakra. Practices will include journaling prompts, affirmations, gentle movement, and more.

You will receive an energetic assessment at the beginning of the program to let you know which areas might need a little more love than others. While some energy centers hold patterns that won’t shift in a day, this program will give you the tools and the jump-start you need to continue working towards balance on your own.
