Join us for Glass City SOULstice — a vibrant and soulful, all-day, FREE yoga gathering presented by Yogaja Yoga, honoring the Summer Solstice in one of Toledo’s most breathtaking outdoor spaces, the Glass City Metropark Pavilion on the Maumee River.
All classes are held outdoors and are completely free and open to all levels — beginners welcome! Rain or shine.

5:45 AM – 6:45 AM Sunrise Stretch & Meditate
Begin your day with intention and serenity during this riverside sunrise practice.
7:00 AM – 8:00 AM Qi Gong
Gentle, flowing movements to awaken your energy and connect with nature.
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM LYT Power Yoga
A core-based, energizing flow rooted in physical therapy and functional movement. Expect to move, be challenged, and sweat under the sun!
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM All Levels Yoga
A gentle, accessible practice for every body. Connect, stretch, and breathe.
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM Chair Yoga
A supportive mid-day reset using the chair for balance and accessibility.
1:00 PM - 2:00 PM Guided Riverwalk
Led by Mike Keedy, Metroparks Toledo's Chief Engagement & Enterprise Officer, enjoy a guided walk and see what's happening on our riverfront! Meet at Glass City Pavilion
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM LYT Power Yoga
Evening energy boost with powerful movement to build strength and stability.
5:30 PM – 7:00 PM All Levels Yoga + Sound Healing with The Sound Voyage
