Join us for a free beginner-friendly Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation session led by Toledo Mindfulness Institute in partnership with Metroparks Toledo during Watershed Weekend.

This curated session invites participants to celebrate the many hands and hearts that have shaped the Riverwalk, while offering our shared intentions for its continued growth and future. 

Open to all experience levels, this program launches the Our Wellness Shapes Toledo’s Future yoga series, combining gentle yoga and guided meditation to help participants feel grounded, refreshed, and inspired by what’s to come.

Reservations are required (reservation link coming soon!) 

If you are registering with others, please ensure each participant signs up individually. 
When completing your registration, let us know if you will need a chair. 
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat/any yoga props you need to be comfortable. 
Our Wellness Shapes Toledo’s Future, and the future is here. 

Then keep the energy going at River Crossing Outdoor Expo from 12 to 4 p.m. After yoga, head straight to the marquee Watershed Weekend event, where the MLK Bridge transforms into a car-free community space to walk, roll, play and explore, with activities on both banks of the river. It’s the perfect way to continue your day of wellness, movement and community connection while experiencing the riverfront in an entirely new way.
