- **Event Description**: Join Toledo City Parks as we celebrate the completion of the Clark and Delaware/Horseshoe Islands Restoration Project! 

Paddling programs with Ottawa NWR and ODNR staff will take you on the water to get an up-close look at the H2Ohio/GLRI funded project that restores habitat for numerous species and improves water quality by providing reduced sedimentation and nutrient loading in the Maumee River and Lake Erie. 

Kayaks, paddles, and life jackets are provided. Wearing the provided life jacket is required. Sunscreen, water, hat, sunglasses, and a towel are recommended. Participants will meet at the Maumee River Water Trail 8.7mi access point (41°36'59.8"N 83°34'42.0"W). Ages 10+ and must be able to paddle on their own. Registration required on Eventbrite for this FREE program. One registration per person, please.
