Join us for a morning of intentional grounding at Earth, inside the heart of TolHouse. This 75-minute offering blends slow-flow yoga, a restorative sound bath savasana, and a curated beverage — all designed to bring you back to center.

Led by Dani Nolff, a seasoned yoga guide and sound facilitator, this experience invites you to soften, settle, and savor. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you’ll be held in a space of warmth, vibrational healing, and community care.
