Alexandra Lewis is an Ayurvedic practitioner specializing in female hormones who earned her bachelor’s degree in Integrative Medicine at Maharishi University. She founded the Avira Method, an immersive method that blends modern understanding of hormones with the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
