Sukoon | Indian Instrumental Music Concert

Sukoon is a uniquely themed concert that showcases the Santoor as the lead instrument weaving together a rich tapestry of musical genres. The performance features timeless Bollywood classics folk tunes fusion original compositions Marathi classics and Indian classical–semi-classical pieces all reimagined through the serene tones of the Santoor with the able support of keyboard and percussions.

Interspersed with engaging anecdotes and interactive storytelling Sukoon takes the audience on a soulful journey through the stories and emotions behind some of the most iconic songs.

Celebrated for its artistry and emotional depth Sukoon has received wide acclaim from both critics and discerning audiences across India the US and the UK.

About the Artist:

A gifted young Santoor artist Ninad Daithankar carries forward the rich legacy of Indian classical music with depth grace and innovation. Trained under the loving guidance of his father and guru Santoor maestro Dr. Dhananjay Daithankar Ninad beautifully blends tradition with a refreshing contemporary touch.

Holding degrees in B.E. (Electronics & Telecommunication) and M.A. in Music Ninad combines technical precision with soulful artistry. His performances are marked by lyrical sensitivity and rhythmic brilliance enchanting audiences across India and abroad.
