For the 8th year, we are stoked to welcome women-identifying and non-binary riders who are comfortable in femme-centered spaces for an epic weekend of MTB skills training, SHREDucation, camaraderie, yoga, and swag.✨ 

If learning MTB skills within a supportive, inclusive community amid the pristine beauty of the North Shore sounds like fun to you, sign up today! (Spots are limited, so act quickly.)

Individuals of all skill levels and ages 12 and up (participants younger than 16 must attend with a participating parent) are encouraged to participate.

What to Expect:

✅ Expert Coaching – Certified and experienced mountain bike instructors will provide small-group instruction tailored to your skill level.
✅ Skills Progression – Learn and practice foundational and advanced skills, including body positioning, braking, cornering, climbing, descending, and navigating technical terrain.
✅ Trail Rides – Enjoy guided rides on the beautiful trails of Lutsen/Tofte and Grand Marais, where you’ll apply your new skills in a supportive environment.
✅ Community & Camaraderie – Connect with fellow riders, share experiences, and be part of an encouraging and empowering atmosphere.
✅ Gear & Maintenance Tips – Learn about bike setup, maintenance essentials, and how to handle common trail-side repairs.

Weekend Flow:

-Friday Evening – Check-in, welcome session, and a casual meet-and-greet with your coaches and fellow riders.

-Saturday – Skills sessions in the morning, followed by group trail rides in the afternoon (depending on skills and group comfortability). Plenty of breaks, laughs, and time to practice!

-Sunday – More skills practice, trail time, and celebratory vibes to wrap up an amazing weekend.

Rain or Shine Event:

The SheRides Mountain Bike Clinic will take place rain or shine—unless conditions are deemed unsafe due to extreme weather. Adjustments may be made to keep the experience fun and safe, but rest assured, we’ll make the most of our time together!
