RE•PATTERNING — Intentional Dance Journey

Repatterning is the art of allowing the body to rewrite old stories through movement and intention. 

It is a dance-based integration and intention setting where you trade unconscious habits for embodied truth.

In this journey, you use dance to shift your deepest patterns — the ones you carry in your muscles, your spine, your breath, and your emotional memory. By moving consciously, you reshape the pathways that shape your life.

Repatterning is not about performing.
It is about transforming. 

my good friend @NovaNye will be hosting the opening and closing circle. she is a yoga instructor and vedic enthusiast at heart and will help us to set and embody our truest intentions. 

(This is a format that came to me while brainstorming after the motivation and love that was shown and expressed at the full moon dance we just did)

(if the space to dance is available me and Alexa will create a blueprint for a series of different modules based on the moon phases to propel the energy into a set individual direction)

dance will be held once again at the amazing space of misu misu, the old general store Owned by Zack, that being said he has offered to be in service and offer soft drinks and snacks for after or during the event. 

that being said, we will charge only a 10$ fee, dance journey, drinks and snack included.
