Migrant birds should be moving through, and our local residents should be singing and setting up territories. We'll go slow and see what we see and discuss identification by both sight and sound. Load the app Merlin on your phone, bring your bird book or identification app, or just bring yourself! Folks should be prepared for walking outdoors on uneven terrain and being outside for an hour or so. We'll stick fairly close to the building, focusing on the nearby wetlands and woodlands near the outdoor play area.

These O.W.L.S. programs are scheduled for Baby Boomers and older folks to interact with those of a similar maturity and are meant to keep us engaged mentally and physically in the world around us.  We hope you can join in!
