This is not just a getaway, it’s a "RE-SET."
During this soul-nourishing weekend, you will:

� Practice mindfulness in simple, practical ways you can take home with you
� Learn daily routines to help calm and regulate your nervous system during triggers

We are also introducing a different, thoughtfully curated menu. One designed to nourish, heal, and energize, moving away from the typical retreat fare and focusing on foods that support balance and well-being.
