It is an invitation to become curious. When we recognise what we have been placing onto others, we may begin to see them more clearly—and understand ourselves more deeply.💡 From reaction → reflection❤️ From judgement → curiosity👁️ From projection → awareness🌱 From awareness → new choicesCome experience Psychodrama and discover what may be happening beneath the surface. You don’t have to perform. You only need to be curious.🎭 Come as a participant.👀 Come as an observer.🌱 Come and discover yourself through action.Reviews:"My first My New Happy session gave me a new way to process family trauma beyond just talking. Through role-playing and reflective exercises, I uncovered emotions and patterns I didn’t even realize I had. It was eye-opening and really helped me make sense of things I usually struggle to put into words. Looking forward to the next sessions and what else I might discover!" Young AdultI could not understand why I self-harm. I could not voice the deepest pain in my heart. I felt lost and confused, troubled not being able to free myself. I attended one session and found out why I self-harm. I can continue to recover." Teenager"I struggled with my family problems for years. I can't voice my inner struggles and pain. I can't solve the problem. I'm lost, miserable and in despair. I've strunk into my little cocoon of hopelessness. In my first session, I cried like I've never cried for years, starting to release my inner pain. I look forward to finding resolution of my struggles in this supportive community."
