Ever heard of de-mothing myths like using cedar or essentil oils (spoiler alert: studies show they don't help AT ALL)? Sick of the smell of mothballs? Ready to switch to polyester just to avoid the heartbreak of an eaten sweater? Join us for an outdoor de-mothing workshop! We will be working with dry ice to help you fumigate your wool & store it in high-quality HEFTY vacuum-seal bags. This is a thrift store-proof method!
What's included: 1 Heavy-duty HEFTY vacuum-seal bag, enough dry ice to fumigate a set of woolen garments, complimentary hot cider
Bring with you: 1-2 heavy wool coats (large items), or 5-7 small wool sweaters (small items).
Location: we will be set up in the Pavillion at the Tivoli Memorial Recreation Park.
