The aim is to be off the river for 4pm. 

Rivers will be of grade 2 (3) and will be chosen based on group and conditions / levels. The sessions are coached sessions and time will be spent working the river.
The trips are open to both kayak and canoe. Places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Participants will need to bring lunch, snacks, their own gear or arrange to pick up gear from the club.
