Weekend Yoga Retreat with Tara Fraser

Two night Yoga retreat at Ashley Court with Tara Fraser. An opportunity to step back in time, away from the pressures of the modern world and relax deeply. Ashley Court provides an atmospheric historic house setting with 19 acres of gardens and grounds to explore.

Slow down, reconnect with nature, tune in to the seasons and the weather. Eat seasonally and organically.

Tara has over 30 years of teaching experience and is the author of several best selling yoga books. Her classes are gentle and immersive, influenced by her work as a Rolfer and the teaching of TKV Desikachar and Vanda Scaravelli. These retreats are an opportunity to work on the unwinding of deep patterns of tension and explore new ways to move. They are accessible for all and no prior experience of yoga or level of fitness is required to take part.
