This week we’re switching things up — instead of our usual morning walk, we’re heading out for a sunset stroll!
We’re partnering with MF Training, a local woman-owned workout studio in Tiverton. ?? Their owner, Melanie, brings such a fun, positive energy to fitness and I can’t wait for you all to meet her! ?

We’ll meet outside of MF Training and head out at 3:00 PM for a 3-mile loop through Fort Barton Woods. Expect some hills, stairs, and uneven terrain — but the sunset views by the water are totally worth it! ??

Given the overwhelming success of last weeks food drive, we wanted to open a second opportunity to give back this month. This week we’re collecting unused clothing and household essentials for Crossroads Rhode Island. ❤️

Let’s lace up, bundle up, and enjoy a festive evening of movement, connection, and giving!
