This one hands you the whole room — more than fifty instruments, from Tibetan and crystal bowls to gongs, chimes and drums — and three days to find out what each of them actually does to a body lying on the floor.We meet at Matangi Hall, inside Triveni 2 Ashram at the foot of Arunachala. Mornings 9.30–12.30, lunch together at the ashram, rest through the heat, afternoons 2-30 –6pm.DAY ONE — Listening, the body and the bowls: how sound reaches a body, what sound work can and cannot claim, contraindications, a guided tour of the whole collection, then Himalayan bowls in depth and paired practice on a body lying down. The day closes with a sound bath held by Bruno and Sanda.DAY TWO — Crystal bowls, crystal harp, singing pyramid and merkaba; then the texture family — chimes, ocean drum, rainsticks, shakers, shamanic drum, sound beam — and silence as an instrument. A twenty-minute journey designed and played in pairs.DAY THREE — Gongs with Sanda: Chau and wind gongs, mallets and friction, approach, build, wash and release, volume and hearing safety. Then designing a full session and a practicum where small groups co-facilitate a complete sound bath. Closing circle and certificates.WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH — control over a bowl, a gong you can approach without fear, an ear for the room, the shape of a 45–60 minute session, the contraindications that matter, and a space you can hold from opening to aftercare.FOR WHOM — complete beginners, yoga teachers, bodyworkers, meditators, musicians curious about a different use of their ear. No musical background needed. Taught in English.INCLUDED — all instruments, mats, blankets and cushions, and three shared vegetarian lunches at the ashram.
