Where the Cracks Bloom is a gentle, trauma-informed creative healing workshop for women, rooted in Eastern wisdom and the philosophy of Kintsugi.
This workshop has been intentionally designed as a safe, non-clinical space for women who have experienced life challenges, burnout, or periods of feeling disconnected from themselves. It offers time to slow down, reflect, and reconnect in a way that feels nurturing, contained, and respectful.
The session is not therapy, but it is healing.
It is led by a trained therapist and trauma recovery practitioner and is grounded in principles of belonging, psychological safety, and choice. There is no expectation to share personal experiences or speak in the group. Participation is always optional and self-led.
