- **Event Description**: Join us this month for an extra special experience as we welcome Sara Yarborough to guide us through an intentional and healing cacao ceremony! Sara has been working with cacao, a sacred and ancient heart medicine, for nearly two decades ceremoniously as well as a professional chocolatier. She will also play gongs during the ceremony to gently assist the opening of our hearts and minds so that we may move into deeper healing throughout the ceremony.

Cacao is non-hallucinogenic and is safe for all people including pregnant women and children. This particular cacao is grown by women in Guatemala and hand processed using banana leaves. The cacao will be sweetened with local maple syrup and will have reishi lucidum mushroom extract for deeper relaxation (also non-hallucinogenic). There is a small amount of caffeine, similar to dark chocolate.

Sara will guide us to sip cacao as we give thanks and open our hearts to receive its healing benefits. Expect quiet time, as well as group conversation and sharing. You are welcome to bring a special mug to sip your cacao from, a journal, crystals, or any other meaningful objects to receive the healing energy of the cacao.

Please note you MUST sign up before hand so Sara knows how much to make, please select "Going" on this Facebook event. Also, there is a $15.00 charge per cup going directly to Sara for the cacao. This can be cash or Venmo. Please arrive a little bit early to pay her beforehand!!

You are more than welcome to come and not sip cacao and just experience being together. You will not be able to change your mind once you arrive however as she will not then have enough!

We have chairs and benches but as always you're invited to bring your own or a blanket to sit on if you'd like, as well as a snack or dish to share. These gatherings are hosted outside on 80 beautiful acres at a private homestead. Please dress comfortably and for the weather.
