this is mainly a level 1 hike, but level 2 in some spots, its still relatively easy 
this hike is about 2-3 miles and takes about 2 hours to complete 
at the beginning of the hike i will be giving a message about 
taking our thoughts captive 
after the hike we are going to continue the fellowship at 
City BBQ
