Tis the season for a seasonal sweat fest! Santa is bringing you a calorie-blasting workout for Christmas.

I'm excited to head back to The Athletic Proving Grounds in Tipp City for our indoor classes! This holiday season you have no excuse to pass up your workout.

This festive class is known to be one of those classes that leaves you feeling so accomplished and empowered. It features resistance and cardio training and works to keep you moving to the awesome playlist of Christmas songs remixed with some of your favorites. It's a sweaty good amount of fun.
