Rebirth of Light: A Winter Solstice Journey

As the Earth tilts once more toward the Sun, a new solar year is born—marking the completion of one sacred cycle and the awakening of another. Across ages and cultures, the Winter Solstice has been honored as a threshold: a still point between darkness and light, a quiet breath before renewal.
In this season of rest, we are called inward. To soften. To heal. To listen deeply to the whispers within. Through gentle yoga, Egyptian mystic meditations, and deeply restorative rest, we will open our hearts to self-love and compassion—tending the inner flame that will rise with the returning light.
