Elevate your practice with this dynamic 75-minute Yoga Flow and Sculpt 5 week series designed to support cardiovascular health, build core strength, enhance bone density, improve muscle tone, and increase overall flexibility.
This class welcomes everyone—from beginners to seasoned practitioners. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have years of experience, you’ll be guided through an empowering practice that strengthens the whole self.
We’ll move through a classic Hatha yoga flow, linking traditional asanas (postures) with breath and mindful transitions. Light free weights may be incorporated to deepen muscle engagement and support bone health. Expect to build core stability, create length in the muscles, improve joint mobility, and cultivate balanced, functional strength.
The class winds down with a luxurious deep stretch to release tension and restore flexibility, followed by a calming savasana to quiet the mind and fully relax the body.
Please bring your own yoga mat and light free weights. For hygiene reasons and to accommodate individual weight preferences, the studio does not provide equipment.
