It’s a lifestyle that creates peace, acceptance and over all well being; beginning with ourselves and transcending these positive attributes to those around us.
To practice and respect Yoga in its entirety; Sun Moon has created a deeper CommUnity that goes beyond asana (poses).
You are invited to attend our gathering of CommUnity Connection; a yogic social group of like minded individuals who wish to mix, mingle and grow with one another beyond studio offerings.
Please bring your creative thoughts, yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. After a gentle yoga practice, with your assistance, CommUnity Connection will evolve! An example of this evolutionary process to arrive and come to fruition reads below: Meet once a month for yoga, meditation and Dharma.
After the session, stay for tea and healthy snacks as we plan our future activities. Ideas for activities: Stroll or hike the many county parks or take day trips to places such as the Delaware Water Gap, The Park of Sculptures, etc. Forrest Bathe anywhere the trees flourish. Create a spiritual based book club and/or a more traditional one. Explore some of the area’s culinary delights for brunch, lunch or dinner. Attend local theater shows and Broadway plays. Visit a Winery (Fox Hollow in Holmdel has live music on the weekends). Visit NY Museums Schedule pickleball games if this game is for you. Form a study group on yoga philosophy Discover various forms of meditation lead by Lisa Catch a movie, a local play, comedy show, etc All ideas are welcome!
