Our 3 hour retreat is a gentle invitation to realign, rebalance, and reconnect with your body, breath, and inner knowing. All in the beautiful surroundings of Tess’ (Sisu Sound Serenity) private garden studio in Trethevy, minutes from St Nectan’s Glen in North Cornwall.

Chakra themed and feeling into the current cosmic energies, these retreats are intimate and potent. Places are limited to 4 participants, for you to really immerse yourself into the energy and find self connection once more. We practice yin yoga to work deeply into the fascia and energetic body to restore balance and flow, then moving into a guided meditation to help find clarity and awareness. Tess will guide you through journaling prompts for you to explore your inner world, gaining insight and release through written expression and I will lead embodied movement to help you integrate your insights as they become felt not just thought. You’ll have time to savour wholesome snacks and herbal teas, explore oracle cards, enjoy some quiet contemplation or have a read of our books to dive into something new – or you can simply rest and relax.

You’ll then create yourself a cosy nest to end with a sublime sound immersion with Tess, during which you will experience the soothing sounds and vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other therapeutic instruments as they are played around you while you rest to help you clear energetic blockages and harmonise your frequency.

This retreat is an invitation to pause, listen deeply, and realign with your highest self. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a deeper connection to your inner world, this sacred space is here to hold you. We look forward to welcoming you to our retreat.
