Each day includes a yoga practice and a guided meditation to support balance, presence, and inner calm. Together, we will explore some of Cornwall's most sacred and inspiring places, including Tintagel Castle, Rocky Valley with its waterfall and ancient labrynth carvings, St Nectan's Glen waterfall, and a beautiful local beach. Evenings will be spent gathered around the campfire beneath the stars, sharing stories, laughter, and quiet moments of reflection. This retreat is an invitation to restore your body, awaken your spirit, and experience the magic and timeless energy of Cornwall.
