Over the past 1.5 years, we’ve been lucky enough to host and support many women’s circles with Belinda from Emjay Spa & Wellness, and they have been incredibly popular with our local mums and women. Time and time again, ladies tell us how supported, seen and grounded they feel after attending.

Belinda has now created The Big Exhale Women’s Circle – a monthly offering for women who are feeling tired… not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too.

This circle is for women who:
- feel overwhelmed, burnt out or disconnected
- are carrying too much for too long
- are craving real, honest connection
- need a pause without pressure or expectation
- want to connect with other lovely local ladies

This isn’t a place to “fix yourself”, and it’s not about venting and staying stuck.
It’s a held, supportive space where you can:
- exhale and soften
- be honest and be seen
- gently notice patterns and grow awareness
- allow things to shift naturally, without force

Belinda brings such a calm, intuitive and welcoming presence to these circles. If you’ve ever stepped into her Cleveland day spa, you’ll know how peaceful and grounding the space feels – it’s a beautiful place to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Each circle is guided with care, consent and deep respect for where each woman is at on the day. Some moments may feel uncomfortable in a good way – but you’ll always be held, never pushed.

- In-person $30 (Cleveland or Tinana) 

Each location runs once a month, and you’re welcome to attend whichever/however often feels right for you.
