Lar Nimit is the director and founder of the Meditation Center of Alabama. With over 25 years of meditation experience, she has explored various techniques and has been dedicated to practicing the Middle Way Meditation method for more than two decades.

Forrest Neal is a speaker and #1 bestselling author of multiple books on the subjects of mindfulness and meditation. He became interested in meditation while researching healthy and natural techniques to overcome the stress and anxiety he was suffering because of a severe back injury as well as being diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder. He has been an instructor and volunteer at the meditation center since 2015.
