Sound will always work with you for your highest good :)A cocooned gong sound bath is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience that combines the healing vibrations of gongs and other sound instruments with the comforting sensation of being physically cocooned or wrapped — in blankets, hammocks/yoga slings.?‍♀️ Sound BathSound bath is a meditative experience where participants “bathe” in sound waves produced by instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and drums. The vibrations can help guide the body and mind into a deeply relaxed, meditative state, sometimes even similar to lucid dreaming. The gong is especially powerful — its layered, resonant tones can entrain brainwaves, slowing them down from active (beta) to relaxed (alpha/theta) states.Benefits often reported include reduced stress, emotional release, better sleep, and heightened clarity.? The CocoonParticipants are wrapped or suspended in soft fabrics, in a yoga hammock or swaddled in blankets in the zero gravity chairs. This cocooning adds a feeling of safety, warmth, and sensory containment, helping the body to fully surrender.Being cocooned can enhance the vibrational experience — the body feels the sound waves more directly, and the mind more easily lets go.? Overall ExperienceYou arrive and get settled into your cocoon or blanket nest.A facilitator explains the process and invites you to set an intention. The gong and other instruments begin, starting softly and building in waves. You drift between awareness and deep rest, sometimes feeling sensations like tingling, floating, or emotional release. The session ends gently, with time for silence and grounding.✨ In shortA cocooned gong sound bath =A full-body, sensory sound meditation where you’re wrapped in softness and bathed in resonant gong vibrations — creating profound relaxation and inner stillness. - **Event URL**: https://allevents.in/tilehurst/cocoon-sound-gong-bath/100001966936483972 - **Event Categories**: health-wellness - **Interested Audience**: - total_interested_count: 0 ## Ticket Details - **Ticket Price Range**: min: 25, max: 25, currency: GBP ## Event venue details - **city**: Tilehurst - **state**: EN - **country**: United Kingdom - **location**: RG31 6JH - **lat**: 51.464966 - **long**: -1.0373861 - **full address**: RG31 6JH, Sacred Earth Sanctuary, Tilehurst, United Kingdom ## Event gallery - **Alt text**: Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath - **Image URL**: https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events10/banners/631dbf014c905c5ab33a1d9326e3b2f0a79c1d14e2b1df71f9c281d11477707f-rimg-w1200-h1600-dc916148-gmir.jpg?v=1772413457 ## FAQs - **Q**: When and where is Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath being held? - **A:** Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath takes place on Wed, 25 Mar, 2026 at 07:00 pm to Wed, 30 Sep, 2026 at 07:00 pm at RG31 6JH, Sacred Earth Sanctuary, Tilehurst, United Kingdom. - **Q**: Who is organizing Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath? - **A:** Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath is organized by Kim Allyson Yoga teacher & Therapist. ## Structured Data (JSON-LD) ```json [ { "@context": "https://schema.org", "@type": "Event", "name": "Cocoon Sound/Gong Bath", "image": "https://cdn-az.allevents.in/events10/banners/631dbf014c905c5ab33a1d9326e3b2f0a79c1d14e2b1df71f9c281d11477707f-rimg-w1200-h1600-dc916148-gmir.jpg?v=1772413457", "startDate": "2026-03-25", "endDate": "2026-09-30", "url": "https://allevents.in/tilehurst/cocoon-sound-gong-bath/100001966936483972", "location": { "@type": "Place", "name": "RG31 6JH", "address": { "@type": "PostalAddress", "streetAddress": "Sacred Earth Sanctuary", "postalCode": "RG31 6JH", "addressLocality": "Tilehurst", "addressRegion": "EN", "addressCountry": "GB" }, "geo": { "@type": "GeoCoordinates", "latitude": "51.464966", "longitude": "-1.0373861" } }, "eventAttendanceMode": "https://schema.org/OfflineEventAttendanceMode", "description": "A cocoon sound bath evokes a serene, immersive and nurturing experience, surrounded by soothing vibrations to help heal your soul", "offers": [ { "@type": "AggregateOffer", "availability": "https://schema.org/InStock", "priceCurrency": "GBP", "availabilityStarts": "2026-10-08", "availabilityEnds": "2026-09-30", "validFrom": "2026-10-08", "lowPrice": "25.00", "highPrice": "25.00", "price": "25.00", "url": "https://allevents.in/tilehurst/cocoon-sound-gong-bath/100001966936483972" }, { "@type": "Offer", "availability": "https://schema.org/InStock", "priceCurrency": "GBP", "availabilityStarts": "2026-10-08", "availabilityEnds": "", "validFrom": "2026-10-08", "url": "https://allevents.in/tilehurst/cocoon-sound-gong-bath/100001966936483972", "price": "25.00", "name": "Cocoon Space" }, { "@type": "Offer", "availability": "https://schema.org/InStock", "priceCurrency": "GBP", "availabilityStarts": "2026-10-08", "availabilityEnds": "", "validFrom": "2026-10-08", "url": "https://allevents.in/tilehurst/cocoon-sound-gong-bath/100001966936483972", "price": "25.00", "name": "Zero Gravity Chair Space" }, { "@type": "Offer", "availability": "https://schema.org/InStock", "priceCurrency": "GBP", "availabilityStarts": "2026-10-08", "availabilityEnds": "", "validFrom": "2026-10-08", "url": "https://allevents.in/tilehurst/cocoon-sound-gong-bath/100001966936483972", "price": "25.00", "name": "luxury memory mattress" } ], "organizer": [ { "@type": "Organization", "name": "Kim Allyson Yoga teacher & Therapist", "url": "https://allevents.in/org/kim-allyson-yoga-teacher-and-therapist/19396939" } ] } ] ```
