Come to one or come to all:


9AM Build to Burn w/ Kim 
Turn up the intensity with a high-energy, full-body session designed to ignite metabolism and build lean muscle.

10AM Pilates w/ Kim 
A low-impact mat workout targeting your deepest core muscles  focusing on slow, controlled movements and designed to build core strength, stability, and flexibility.

11AM Hip Hop HIITs w/ LaTosha 
A very easy to follow cardio dance class. An energetic workout style that blends high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with hip-hop dance moves and upbeat urban music.


ALL FITNESS ABILITIES WELCOME!
Ages 12-16 must be accompanied by parent or guardian

Pre-Registration requested but not required.
