This November, we gather in the lush heart of Ottapalam, Kerala, in an ancestral farmhouse where time slows down and transformation feels inevitable.
This is NOT a couples’ retreat. This is not a soft, feel-good weekend. This is a deep dive, an invitation for anyone, man and woman, who feels the pull to pause, shed old patterns, and step into life with clarity, courage, and a little bit of magic.
This is a space for individuals. A space where you can explore how you connect .....with yourself first, and then with the people who matter most. Over three days, we’ll work through the patterns that keep us stuck, the stories we keep telling ourselves, and we’ll learn to build relationships that feel nourishing and growth-oriented.
You’ll experience body flow movement at sunrise, Ayurveda therapies, Kerala’s own martial art *Kalaripayattu*, sound healing, ecstatic dance, journaling, and deep-dive workshops on communication, the art of giving and receiving compassionate feedback, the Four Horsemen, intimacy, understanding your love language and attachment styles and emotional intelligence - all in a heritage farmhouse surrounded by nature.
We are keeping it intimate because depth and real transformation need space to breathe.
