Each month, our Empowerment Circle offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore what is present beneath the surface. Through guided reflection, nervous system-informed practices, and experiential time with horses, participants are invited to build awareness, regulation, and resilience in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. The presence of horses adds a unique dimension to this experience. As highly social herd animals, horses are continually aware of their environment and one another. Their responsiveness and authenticity can help participants increase self-awareness, strengthen connection, and practice regulation in real time.
